Our 300 single-family homes set in the middle of Washington Park are terraced at elevations up to 1,000 feet, displaying the most iconic views of the city and mountains. Landscaped with an astounding array of vegetation, we are within walking distance of both northwest and downtown. We welcome the hundreds of thousands who frequent our many attractions, including the Oregon Zoo, the Forestry Center, Portland Japanese Gardens, International Rose Gardens, miles of trails and the Vietnam and Holocaust Memorials.
